What is your teaching superpower?

Love therapy: the ability to care for children who lack parental support. Tetiana bakes cakes with her students, invents games, and goes to the sea. In return, students with special educational needs begin to speak, read and write, and after graduating from boarding school they are ready for independent living.

21st Century Teacher: Who are they in a nutshell?

They are at the forefront of educational change. Tetiana collaborates with the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences and promotes international projects at her school. In addition, it implements strategic management in the teaching staff to make the learning process manageable and structured.

What skills do Alpha generation students need? Adaptability to a rapidly changing world. Tetiana’s students are trained to adapt to various economic challenges, solve problems, and protect the environment. To prepare children for future challenges, she implemented the Fundamentals of Economic Knowledge program in the educational process, and since 2018 she has established cooperation with USAID.

Professional dream: To be a real agent of change in education. Tetiana inspires the pedagogical staff of the school with optimism, and also regularly holds master classes and fairs on pedagogical innovations in the boarding school.

Source of inspiration: Experience of helping an orphan. Tetiana’s student was able to find a job in a car shop and eventually build his own family.
