On the door of his office hangs a sign that reads: “Permission to Be Yourself”. For Vladyslav, the most important thing is that his students feel authentic, learn to “celebrate mistakes”, and aren’t afraid to express their opinions. Despite being just a few kilometers from the front line during the full-scale invasion, he never let the educational process stop. Vladyslav worked with children who had been forcibly deported to Russia and later returned. He also spearheaded the creation of the Lozova Online School.
