Oksana’s task is to help students find their trajectory of development. To do this, she uses a variety of techniques, such as “Leader in me”, where students can set long-term and short-term goals, and their method of “Weekend letters”, which has already been tested and is actively implemented by teachers in our country. She also achieved many peaks in the professional sphere, in particular, she participated in the All-Ukrainian competition “Teacher of the Year” and graduated from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada. Oksana spreads her experience through her YouTube channel and conducts training in cities and villages of Ukraine.
