Her colleagues call her “the most dedicated workaholic on the team”. A change agent for Ukraine’s New Ukrainian School (NUS) initiative and an active member of numerous professional communities, Tetiana quickly mastered online teaching during the pandemic and helped train her colleagues to do the same.

For Tetiana, the key to working with students is learning through play. Role-playing games, dramatization, brainstorming sessions, and reflection are just some of her favorite methods. Together with her students, she even won a grant to create their own educational space, turning a dream into reality!
