To create a balanced educational synthesis of local and international experience. Oksana’s students participate in training camps in English with Peace Corps volunteers and have experience in brand building projects in the city.

Sensitive to injustice, aware of the need for change, and eager to share knowledge with others. Oksana is a tireless organizer of educational projects for students and teachers. Her CV includes experience in participating in UN and US initiatives, as well as a number of authorial initiatives. For example, the presentation “The Secret of Success, or How to Find Yourself” at the UNESCO Associated Schools Conference.

What skills do Alpha generation students need? Creativity — it will not be replaced by artificial intelligence — emotional intelligence and technological literacy. Oksana believes that the key to success will not be an excess of knowledge, but the ability to use it. Young people will have to adapt to climate change, population growth, and depletion of natural resources, all of which will require a deep understanding of global processes and problem-solving skills.

Professional dream: To educate the citizens of the world with an active position in life and the desire to preserve the spiritual values of mankind. Therefore, the topic of Oksana`s each lesson deals with current issues in the world.
